Middle School/High School  Winter/Spring Programs


Winter Middle School/High School Programs: starts the week of November 26th through February 3rd.  Classes are eight sessions (no classes Dec. 22-Jan. 4): At no additional costs "open cage time" will be available during Holiday breaks for HS players enrolled in VBC winter programs. 

Spring Middle School Hitting, and Catching: starts the week of February 4th.  Classes are six sessions.

MS/HS Baseball


This program meets once a week for 60 minutes. Players will rotate through the cage stations with a focus on visual tracking, pitch-speed adjustments, upper body mechanics, and lower body mechanics. Hitting techniques are applied appropriately to individual's style of hitting, strength, and body type. Players are grouped by age and skill level. 8th graders welcome. 3:1 ratio in each class.  Instruction is led by HS coaches, college coaches, and former professional players.

New! Advanced Pitcher Training Program 20-session Package (meet two-to-four times per week):

This program is designed for players ages 11 through 18 who desire to improve velocity and throwing mechanics and reduce arm injury through a complete training program.


Training Focus:

  • Improve range of motion and explosive movements through strength and flexibility training to increase velocity and prevent arm injuries
  • Improve throwing mechanics – drills leading up to preseason bullpens
  • Improve control and develop off-speed pitches
  • In-season training and throwing program

MS/HS Baseball


 Saturday Night Special. Players hit, pitch and field during the 90 minute session.  Instruction led by GMHS Head Coach Adam Amerine.  Winter Session only.

 All catching programs include extensive work in stances, receiving, framing, blocking, footwork, and throwing.  Bring your own gear.
